3D Coworking Barcelona is a projects ecosystem providing working space for entrepreneurs, small companies and liberal professionals committed to a sustainable future and positive transformation of the society.

Dr. Sergi Udina Oliva is the founder of the space and acts as director and curator, while also performing innovation project tasks.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect the data you provide in the contact formular in order to contact you in regards of your requests for information, your navigation behavior in the website through Google Analytics in order to evaluate and improve the user experience, and your phone number will be shown to us (but not stored unless directly agreed to) in case you contact us throught the Whatsapp chat widget.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment (whenever that feature becomes enabled), the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that contact us via contact form, we may also store the personal information therein provided for a period of two years maximum.

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us and provided information about yourself you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
